Refunds Policy

    Since Vanstudio is offering non-tangible products, we strongly believe that you will take your time to check our products from our Demo Store and make sure you are fully satisfied before joining or purchasing. Please Contact Us if you need further information.

  We make simple and easy to use products and we are sure, you will like them to use and there won’t be any refund issue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

   By purchasing our product, you must understand that we can not track its usage since it is an open source code and a purchaser own them forever. Also, we do not have any guarantees that the purchaser will stop using the product after receiving a refund so we are very cautious about this.

    In rare instances, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund if the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The product does not meet the description.
  • The purchaser provided the access to the admin panel and FTP for checking the issue.
  • We cannot resolve a substantial issue.
  • Less than 30 days have passed since the purchase.

    We will not give consent to refund if:

  • The issue lies in the purchaser's mistake.
  • The product does not have a feature that the customer thinks would be nice to have.
  • The product does not support purchaser's e-commerce version or e-commerce platform.
  • The purchaser has never applied for our support.
